If you order during the winter months, and your delicate wash arrives frozen, simply allow the bottle to thaw naturally at room temperature. Do not try to heat it to thaw it more rapidly.
When the wash is frozen, it may appear white. This does not compromise the quality or effectiveness of the product. Once it has thawed completely, you can continue to use it as intended.
