Shipping is via Canada Post or UPS

To receive tracking updates, you need to purchase a shipping option that offers tracking. (Expedited Parcel in Canada, Tracked Package outside Canada.)

Local delivery is offered within Toronto via Good Foot Delivery.

Rates vary depending on service, and price is based on weight and destination.  

Service options (including local pickup) can be selected at checkout and price is automatically calculated.

Expedited Parcel shipping within Canada is free on orders over $175 before tax. This offer does not apply to spinning wheels, table looms, or similar oversized items, or to remote locations. Shipping to remote locations is discounted on a case-by-case basis.

Use M6N 3P5 in the “sending from” field and the total weight in kilograms of your purchase (for example, if you’re buying 5 skeins of yarn at 100grams each, enter 0.500 kg)

Up to 400g yarn is usually sent in a #4 bubble envelope at 12x9x7 inches. Up to 2kg is usually sent in a box at approximately 9x9x12 inches. Size has less of an effect on price than weight, so you can use your best guess.
